How to use this application.

At first, you should know that you have to find the real absolute url to the file. Most people put the url of the page that contains the real link to the file. So... I will give an example to try to help you understanding:

I want to download the flash player. So, I go to the adobe's page:

Then I choose my Version and a button will appear. I move pointer over the button to check if the url is the true path to file. If yes, right click at the button and click "copy link".

In my case, I found this:
http://fpdownload.macromedia.com/get/flashplayer/current/flash-plugin-9.0.124.0-release.i386.rpm
Then, I paste it in the first field of "Download at Work" application, like this:

Choose an extension you prefer or that the proxy will not block and click "Do it!".

Wait some time, remember that the file will be copied to my server first, if the file is big, you will spend some minutes.

Finally a link to the copied file will appear:

Now, right click the link and click "Save link as...". Download the file. Find the file where you downloaded that and right click it, click "Rename" and rename it to the extension the original file has. It's done. Use the file.
